How Does ordering from DDE work

We  have provided a transaction overview to help with understanding how the order process works for your guidance.

As we cater for customers from all corners of the world we cannot give delivery times at the time order but generally if items are in stock, we can get them to most metro areas in 3-6 business days from  the day we process the order. When you log in to see your order you can check the updates as follows and once it’s shipped you will see a tracking number and the name of Courier Company we used enabling you check on its shipment progress.

When Customer places order online Status of Order will change to:

Orders Received 

The customer will receive this notification and status will change to Order Received. Customers will be emailed  this notification generally on the day you have order or the first business day possible.

Orders  in Process

Status will change to state the above when we start processing  your order and payment.

Please take into account that local taxes, duties and fees are not included in the final price of your order. You are responsible for all applicable local taxes/charges and fees imposed by local Customs.

We process orders on Business days only and not Weekends and Public Holidays)

(Some credit card transactions may require extra card verification to enable us to meet the banks stringent fraud prevention system you will be notified if it’s necessary and existing customers are generally exempted.)

While we carry most items in stock. It’s possible in some cases such as unusual items or fast selling  items  we don’t have the item you have ordered.  We will let you know quickly about the availability and when we can fill your order if it’s not currently in stock.  Once you heard from us  you can make decision then if you wish to wait or cancel or part ship. There may be times when we will part ship an order and or ship separately at the same time but we will notify you when items are assembled packed and made ready for shipping .

Order Processing times  2-4 days approx  dependent on order volumes and stock availability.

Orders  that are finished processing will general ship on the same day or the first business day after they have completed this process.

Order Shipped

Status will change to Order Shipped

Tracking number will be provided in the  order section under “ Tracking Number”  if you log into to check on your order you find it once the order status is changed to Shipped and we will also send it to you via email notifying you of your orders shipment and the same tracking number, as well as the Couriers website where you can go to track the shipment. This email confirming shipment may  contain other information relevant to your order that we might send you.

Your order will normally be shipped using FedEx/DHL International Courier services. All orders are covered by Insurance .They are usually bubbled wrapped  and we use reinforced international shipping boxes. The order will contain your invoice in the currency that you placed your order in. Customs and Taxes for each Country is different but we will let you know in advance and ask for your confirmation and authority to go ahead and charge  if  there are any Customs or Taxes and will issue a separate invoice for you to pay and we will get the Couriers to clear all customs for you so you may get it quickly door to door.

We don’t ship to PO Boxes  if you are in a remote area you need to call us and we will see what we can arrange. In some cases we can make special delivery arrangements for remote areas via our International Couriers agents

Order completed

Status will change and be updated  to completed once you have receive your shipped order.  The entire process generally takes 3-6  business days from the time the order is marked as Received until the time it gets Shipped, depending on the area of final destination.
