International Orders

Shipping

DD Electronics LLC uses FedEx for all International shipping orders. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, volume, value, and destination. We are always trying to reduce shipping costs and shipping times so orders may be shipped in multiple packages. We supply customers with tracking numbers and information regarding each shipment’s progress. All shipments are fully insured. All products are securely packed.

 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING TIMES

All overseas shipments are subject to Customs controls and regulations and such things are beyond DD Electronics’ control in general.

  • We only ship to a home or business address that matches the billing address, or if paying by PayPal, in addition, the address must be verified.
  • A signature is required for all FedEx shipments upon receipt.
  • All shipments can be tracked and each customer will receive a tracking number.

Exclusions

DD Electronics LLC reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation where the address or credit card is not verifiable or when a transaction could be fraudulent. We only export items as allowed by US law and only to those countries permitted under US Laws. 

International Payments

Wire Transfer

You may place an order by phone and pay via wire transfer. Our bank information is as follows:

Additional bank fees that may be applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer. The DDE Electronics LLC Order number must accompany the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to the transaction

 

Currency

DD Electronics is able to offer items in a number of currencies and that will save you money and cut down the complexity of currency conversion. If you are paying in your home currency, there will no extra cost to convert one currency to another. Currencies supported are Singapore Dollars, Australian Dollar, and the US Dollar Euro, UK Pound, Hong Kong Dollar.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS wanting to pay in other Currencies can do so in following currencie via US Dollar Wire Transfers, UK Pound/Euro/Singapore Dollar/Hong Kong Dollar Wire Transfers, Direct Deposit via Commonwealth Bank or via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you need any details, do not hesitate to contact us.

PRODUCTS 

  • Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in the destination country’s language/s as we always supply manuals in English.
  • The products and accompanying accessories may not be designed in accordance with the destination country’s government standards, specifications, and labeling requirements although many countries allow personal import free of such compliance issues.
  • Products may not conform to the destination country’s voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). We can supply a adapter if requested.
  • The responsibility for ensuring that the items can be imported to the destination country is solely that of the customer.
  • Manufacturer warranties may not be valid. In this case you will still have a warranty from DD Electronics LLC. Please check our Warranty Terms & Conditions.
  • Manufacturer servicing may not be always be available but DD Electronics LLC has service agents in a number of countries. Please check with us.

Customers Orders are subject to DD Electronics LLC’s international order verification  procedure. We may ask you to verify that you are the card owner, or that the information contained is accurate and that the transaction is legitimate. This may include a request for such information as a copy of your credit card both (front and back), and/or a government issued identification document, which can be sent to us by fax or through DD Electronics LLC secured page.

Should we require order verification, we will contact you by phone or email and as such, it would be most helpful if you provide us with your contact telephone numbers so we can contact you either during your business hours or in early evening at home.

DD Electronics LLC reserves the right to refuse an order on any grounds but particularly when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

Customs Duties and Charges 

  • International orders are normally subject to local import duties and taxes. DD Electronics LLC is not responsible for customs clearance and/or payment, or for the authority to import such orders. Anything related to any customer’s country-related customs issues is the customer’s responsibility. For specific information, please consult with your Countries Customs office. Alternatively you can contact FedEx who may further information that can assist you on how to correctly import your order. Alternatively you can choose to use our Shippers Import Clearance Service provided by FedEx  (see below).
  • Shippers Import Clearance Import Clearance service:  DDE Electronics LLC will collect and pay local import duties and taxes on your behalf, if any. The price quoted when using the service will be given to you in the “Final Price”, if you choose such an option. There are no other charges for you to pay. By choosing the Import Clearance Service option, you fully authorize DD Electronics LLC to charge your credit card for any import duties on your order.
  • State sales tax is applicable only for purchases made in Texas.
  • Returns & Replacements: If you need to return a product to us, please check our return policy see ( return policy) If you need to send an item back, you must get a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number from us. IMPORTANT: We do not accept any item unless it is accompanied by an RMA number.  An RMA number enables us to advise you of the best method on return an item to us. In some countries we have service agents so the items do not need to be sent back to the US for repair or exchange. For more on warranties, Click here
  • Confidentiality & Privacy:  Privacy is important to you and to us. Kindly be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be required to provide orders, invoices, shipment, and product information to our international shippers. Shippers need to communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with each country’s local laws.
