Return and Exchange

For returns, please ship directly to Remate Fotografico, or if you are in the US or Australia, you can return it to our service agents listed below. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Before sending, you must obtain an RMA number from us.

 

If the purchased item/s is wrong or damaged, or there are missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

If an item purchased within 14days of receipt has a manufacturer’s defect, we will exchange it or provide a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (minus shipping). Exchange or refund is at our discretion. Refunds on returned items will be issued using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the returned product,a refund will be put through to credit your account on same day. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return or exchange an item: 

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Remove any personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be exchanged or repaired with the same model or the manufacturer's equivalent model at our discretion. We will exchange for a new model or give a full refund only for items arriving D.O.A (dead on arrival) or within 14 days of developing a verifiable and duplicable fault.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
  • Remate Fotografico is not responsible for any damages consequential or incidental resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the items only.
