Shipping Fees

• Freight fees are based on the where products are being shipped to and also based on , size and weight of customer item(s) and include insurance for the full value of your item(s) against possible loss or damage during shipping.
• Customers can calculate your estimated shipping and speed of service fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping Fees. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.) Our Freight Companies shipping calculator fee is available in the Shopping Cart so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost could be higher.

DD Electronics LLC uses UPS, FedEx or US Mail. Faster shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

UPS

• Customer signatures are required upon delivery. Customers should make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
• If you have a UPS account you can enter your account number during the selection of your shipping selections during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by DD Electronics LLC Account numbers will need to be verified by carrier (This is only available in the U.S.)

FedEx

US Postal Service

• Shipments sent via US Postal Service not all USPS shipments can but be tracked. Customer signatures are required upon delivery.
• Packaging
  All products are securely packed and are fully insured.

Delivery Times

• DD Electronics LLC ships from its store in Houston Texas once we get a Customers US shipping address, customers will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier normal shipping practices, destination and the products customers order. (The delivery dates are estimates. Customers Orders can be delayed for various reasons such as credit card verification or time of order being placed. Products that are not regularly carried in stock and therefore cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)
• Customer Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
• Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are:
  Monday - Friday: 2:30pm CST
  
  • Special Orders: If one of the items in customers order include one of these type stocked items, customers may prompted to during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to have spate shipment (this will not cost a customer more). The estimated delivery shown reflects the shipping time once DD Electronics LLC has the item in stock. (International customers: If you choose to have a special order or out of stock product it will shipped separately via FedEx once it arrives.
• The tracking number customers receive from DD Electronics LLC in an email may not be updated on the shipping carriers website until later that day or overnight.
• DD Electronics LLC ships customer’s orders every business day except Sunday and Public holidays...
• Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, except holidays.
• Customer’s orders are subject to verification of payments. DD Electronics LLC will call or email customers to notify of any delay.
