DD Electronics LLC – Warranty For Your Purchase

Please read the warranty terms and conditions carefully.
The following warranty terms apply to the product you purchased from DD Electronics LLC . All items DD Electronics LLC sell come with warranties. If the product you purchased is one of US Dealer Authorized Product we sell then your product  are covered by the terms and conditions of US Manufactures Warranty please check these terms and conditions on manufactures website before purchase so you are aware of terms and conditions (i) if the items is one DD Electronics LLC import ourselves it will be covered by 12 Month warranty provided by DD Electronics LLC.

DDE Electronics LLC Warranty
Any product sold  without US manufacturer’s warranty is sold with this warranty document the product is warranted to operate properly according to the manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or we shall repair the product to operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all batteries are only warranted for 3 months.

If the product you purchased requires any repair or servicing, you must first contact us to obtain authorization and/or instructions on how to proceed for repair and/or service.  If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.  Subject to the limitations described in this Warranty, the product you purchased will be repaired to the manufacturer’s specifications at no charge to you for parts and labor.  The warranty services provided under this Warranty are:

1.    to the original purchaser of the product only, unless prior transfer arrangements (which we may or may not accept) have been made with us in writing; 2.    for the product(s) listed above on this warranty document only.  This Warranty does not cover, other expenses or consequential damages; and
3.    only provided as long as the product has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact, physically broken parts or lack of proper care according to the manufacturer’s manual of operations.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay the cost of delivery of the product to our location for service and repair, and for safe handling and custody, unless the product must be returned to the manufacturer or another agreement is reached with DD Electronics LLC.

Return, Replacement or Money Back
When you take delivery of our product, please inspect it immediately. You must report to us in writing any damage to the product or our failure to supply the correct product.  The written notice to us must be received within 3 days of the date of delivery of the product to you, or we may refuse a claim made by you concerning the product.  If the product we sold you is damaged or "dead on arrival" when you receive it, we have the right to either (i) accept its return and replace it with an equivalent product, or (ii)  credit you with the price you paid, at our option.  We will accept the return of the product that you purchased if the product is not in accordance with your order, you provide us with verifiable proof of purchase and the product is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days after the date that you advise us in writing of your claim.  We may charge you a handling or re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the price of any product we sold you which we have correctly supplied in accordance with your order, but you wish to return.  Additionally, we must first agree to accept the return of a product that we sold you under those circumstances.  You agree that you shall make no claim against us for any delay in delivery or any damage to a product that you purchased from us as a direct or indirect result of acts of God or other events beyond our control.
If you return a product to us and we subsequently find that the product is not defective and is operating according to the manufacturer’s specifications, then you must pay for the return shipping costs before we will release the product back to you.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any rights imposed by law that cannot be limited or excluded:
a.    As a material part of the consideration for your purchase of any merchandise from us, you agree that except for the express warranty described above in this warranty document, there are no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
b.    If implied warranties or conditions cannot be excluded, but limitation is permitted, our liability is limited to, in relation to the products that we sell, a refund of the purchase price actually paid, the replacement of the damaged product or the supply of equivalent product at our absolute discretion and, in the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.
c.    No claim will be admitted if the product has received mistreatment, inattention, neglect or the product has not been used in accordance with any performance standards or care instructions from the manufacturer.
d.    In no circumstances shall we be liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind including any loss of profit or of contract, even if you advise us of any special circumstances or such loss was reasonably foreseeable. This includes, without limitation, the transmission of any computer viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer system.
In some cases, the laws of your particular jurisdiction may apply to your online dealings with us.  You may have additional legal rights.  If you have a problem, difficulty or complaint with this site, our service or a product you have purchased from us, please contact us first before filing a complaint or other action.  We always seek to resolve any such issue and value your business.
